Dear D105 Community,

I hope all is well. As shared in previous communications, the District is working with the Catalyst for Educational Change (CEC) to facilitate the development of our new strategic plan. As part of this process, the Strategic Planning Team (made up of various stakeholder groups) developed a Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (S.W.O.T) analysis. As we plan the next steps in the strategic plan development process, your feedback on this document is essential.
