Nutrition and Running
At the request of a very dedicated 8th grade runner, we've compiled a few sources for food and nutrition for our youngins to peruse and execute. The articles were sent to me from three of my friends that race competitively as examples of how they eat/train and how young runners should eat and train. All Sports Physicals are due by the first meet!!! Athletes can practice without a physical but can't race in meets. A PDF file of the form is available under the "Athletics" tab.
