Battle of the Books 2023
On February 23rd, Gurrie Battle of the Books took place.
The School Battle was a huge success with over 70 participants and 14 teams. The level of excitement and energy around READING was exceptional.
Super Congrats to our top two teams who tied for first with 228pts and will be representing GURRIE against Park, Pleasantdale, Highlands and McClure in March. Team “Rat in Hats” and Team “Book Baddies” came out on top only one point ahead of the third-place team “Star Spangled Banner.”!
Congrats to all Participants and Keep Reading!
