2020 Food Service Bid
INVITATION TO BID FOR FOOD SERVICE VENDED MEALS FOR 2020-21 SCHOOL YEAR
La Grange School District 105 invites food service companies to submit bids for Vended Meals for the 2020-2021 school year. The District will receive sealed bids for vended student meals for: School Breakfast without milk; School Lunch without milk; School Lunch with a salad bar without milk only at Gurrie Middle School; and a la carte Lunch snacks only at Gurrie Middle School that meet the USDA meal pattern requirements, and the ISBE requirements for reimbursement.
Due to concerns about COVID-19, the mandatory pre-bid meeting originally scheduled for Monday, May 4, 2020, has been canceled. Prospective Bidders may request a bid packet, as well as pictures of the District’s five (5) school cafeterias, by emailing Pam Butters at email@example.com. Bid packets and pictures will be emailed/mailed on or after Monday, May 4, 2020.
Mailed sealed bids and emailed bids should be submitted to the attention of Yasmine Dada, Director of Business Services, La Grange School District 105 Administrative Office, 701 S. Seventh Avenue, La Grange, Illinois 60525, firstname.lastname@example.org, and must be received by 1:00 pm on Monday, June 15, 2020, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
